I’ve been a long-time customer of Dana Playground, so when they sold to West Coast Jump I didn’t know what to expect. WOW! Was I pleasantly surprised! I needed a net enclosure for my trampoline because my grandson was coming for a visit. Some issues arose and I could get over to pick up. Ashley and her husband loaded it into their truck and personally brought it to my home, in the rain. That’s what I call A+ customer service! I definitely recommend this company! Far Superior Product!
West Coast Jump is an absolute must stop, no brainer for ANY trampoline need. The mat on our trampoline ripped and I was told to give West Coast Jump a call. After picking up the mat and a few extra springs, as we removed the old mat, I realized that the frame we previously bought elsewhere was very rusted out and that we should have replaced the whole thing. Ashley was MORE than accommodating. Their product is far superior to anything you’d order online or at the membership stores, and their service was amazing. Give them a call!
